This Diner Loyalty Program operates based on your giving us your permission to send you eMail (known as opt-in) and on your ability to rescind that permission (opt-out) at any time. We and the restaurants we represent understand that the frequency and types of messages we send must be done with respect for your wishes. We are committed to protecting the information your favorite restaurant has trusted us with. We understand that a breach of this trust has an impact on how much you value that restaurant, and YouGotMeals®. Messages sent to anyone participating in this program are only sent by YouGotMeals®, and only with your permission. Individual and/or group eMail addresses will never be sold or provided in any way to any other parties. We implement Internet security systems to protect your information. Within the eMail messages we send to you, we offer a link to your favorite restaurant's website (if they have one) for your convenience, and a link to the YouGotMeals® website for your information. We ask for only the following information: An eMail address, a first name so that we may personalize your message, a birth date and anniversary date (month and day only) so that restaurants that participate in these Clubs may send you special offers. We may on occasion conduct an online survey on behalf of the restaurant, to ensure that you are pleased with YouGotMeals®, the quality of the promotions you are receiving, and to ask for your suggestions and feedback as to how our service can be improved. These surveys will be voluntary, and your lack of participation will not in any way affect the promotions or confidentiality described.
